Welcome to week eight of the One Room Challenge! It’s reveal day! The Modern Coastal Bedroom Makeover is complete. This is the day that all the participants have been working so hard for. Over the past 8 weeks we transformed my daughter’s bedroom into a modern coastal inspired bedroom.

I wanted to create a modern beachy vibe bedroom for my daughter Adrianna that reflects her personality and style. Seeing the vision for this room come to life is so satisfying. I am so thrilled at the way it turned out!

Let’s go back to the beginning of where we started.

This was my daughter’s room since she was a little girl now that she is grown up I wanted to give her an adult room to come to after college. Adrianna loves all things beachy and anything that has to do with the ocean. So I incorporated all her favorite colors with an ocean vibe with a touch of glam in her new space.

The room is 99% done, I am still waiting on the new chandelier and few little odds and ends to finish up.

This gold canopy bed was the jumping-off point for this room.

Love these zebra blinds, they give the perfect amount of light and shade when needed.
