Welcome to our home

Welcome to our home! Our house has gone through a lot! It has gone through decades of neglect by the previous owner…We loved the location, so we were up for the challenge of putting our love, sweat, and tears into it. Then a few years after continuously fixing and making changes, we were hit with Super Storm Sandy. This storm devastated our coastal community and other coastal areas in New York. We live a block away from the ocean and the water ravaged through our home, destroying the basement, first floor and exterior. After we assessed all the damage, we picked ourselves from our boot straps and got to renovating our home again. I always believe that every dark cloud has a silver lining. We made changes we wouldn’t have before the storm damage so it’s not all bad.
