Make sure to use shatterproof ornaments for durability. Just click on the supply and it will take you to the site.
Supplies needed for the wreath:
75 Metallic ornaments– Shatterproof
Ready to get started, let’s go…
First, wrap the styrofoam form with the garland. Don’t worry too much if there was white showing through, at the end it will all be covered.
Next, hot glue the ornaments inside of the wreath. Alternate the different sizes and color to suit it to the way you want.
Then, glue a layer of ornaments along the outside of the wreath. Continue to fill in the wreath with the ornaments making sure to space out the variations of the silver tones of the ornaments.
Added in the small ornaments to fill in the large gaps.
After the foam is completely covered with the ornaments, cut 4-5 inch pieces of leftover garland. Glue them inside the gaps that couldn’t be covered with the ornaments.
Here it is, so pretty! This Christmas wreath is so easy and fun to do, it can be done in hour.
It looks so elegant! I love the way it turned out!
